Syrian Goat Horn

This is a delicious Syrian variety. Plants grow up to 3 feet tall. Fruits average 8-10 inches long and almost an inch in diameter. They are very fruity and sweet but as you get closer to the stem the flavor becomes less sweet with a very hot Serrano level of heat. In Syria they are dried for seasoning but would be great for stir fry or even a sauce!
